I have some items from your store that I love. How do I reorder more and make sure it the same thing?

Check the fabric number on the inside tag of your suit/pants/jacket. You can search the number on our website, you’ll see the sku number on the site will match the fabric number of your item.

Can I order a different size/fit in a suit jacket and pants?

Yes, we offer suit separate options for many of our suits. You can check out the ‘Suit Separates’ tab on our main menu. If you do not see your suit listed there, please email us and we will be glad to help.

Whats the difference between the white shirts?

Whats the difference between Slim, Classic, Husky and Verona?

Slim and Classic fits are overall the same size with the slim having a more tapered finish. The Husky fit is several inches wider than the Slim/Classic, and the Verona is several inches wider than the Husky.

Shipping Policy

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free within the U.S.! We also offer expedited shipping options at a cost.

Can I make a change to my order?

Please email us as soon as possible about any changes to your order; We will try our best to accommodate. Once orders have been processed and/or shipped we can no longer make changes.

When will I get my order?

Processing can take up to 3 days and shipping generally can take anywhere between 1 to 7 days depending where we are shipping to. Shipping times can not be guaranteed.

Returns and Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

We offer a 14-day money back policy. We will not accept any returns past 14-days. No Exceptions. You can read our full return policy here.

I need to make a return, how do I go about that?

To initiate your return please email us at Sales@to-collection.com

How can I make an exchange?

Our system does not process exchanges. Please return the item that doesn’t work for you and place a new order.

Do you have a drop-off location for returns?

Unfortunately, we do not have a returns drop-off location at this time. All orders must be shipped back to our warehouse.

Can I return shirts?

We accept returns on shirts so long as the packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, once a shirt has been opened, even if was to look at or try on, we can not accept it as a return.

I shipped back my return, when can I expect my refund?

Returns can take several weeks to process. We try to get to everything asap but please be patient.
