What’s your return policy?
We offer a 14-day money back policy. We will not accept any returns past 14-days. No Exceptions. You can read our full return policy here.
I need to make a return, how do I go about that?
To initiate your return please submit your return on our return portal.
How can I make an exchange?
To initiate your exchange please submit your exchange request on our return portal. We will send you an invoice that will create a new order.
Do you have a drop-off location for returns?
Unfortunately, we do not have a returns drop-off location at this time. All orders must be shipped back to our warehouse.
Can I return shirts?
We accept returns on shirts so long as the packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, once a shirt has been opened, even if was to look at or try on, we can not accept it as a return.
I shipped back my return, when can I expect my refund?
Returns can take several weeks to process. We try to get to everything asap but please be patient.
How can I process an international return?
International customers must ship returns using their own return label.

All returns must be initiated via our returns portal.
A few things to keep in mind before returning:

- Merchandise must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with all tags, and in all its original packaging (e.g. plastic bags, suits on hanger, ect.).
- Please do not use a bag/box that does not fit your return properly as the items will not received in satisfactory condition.
- We do not accept returns on shirts with opened packaging (even if it was opened just to try on); Shirts that are returned that have been opened will not be refunded nor returned to customer.
- Customers with excessive returns or excessive returns per order may be subject to a 5% restocking fee
- Returns that violate the above conditions may not be refunded and/or subject to a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.
- Please be sure all returns conditions are met as we will be unable to return items to customer once they have been received by our returns department.
- All returns must be mailed back to our warehouse. We no longer accept drop-off returns.
- Seasonal sales & Outlet items are Final Sale. We can not exchange or match sale prices.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Returns Methods:
Pre-paid Return Label
Return labels are provided for a flat rate fee of $14.99; $21.99 for the West Coast. Simply choose Pre-paid Label in our returns portal and you'll receive an email with further instructions.
Refunds:
Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. During the holiday season please allow additional time for returns to be processed. Please allow an addition few days for the refund to be reflected in your bank statements.
*Shipping is non-refundable.
